As a 36G, I have been on the hunt to find the best large bust bikini options for years. I’ve spent countless time, energy, and money searching for swimsuit tops that actually fit my large bust.
I’ve probably spent thousands of dollars purchasing and then returning failed bikini tops!
But don’t worry, I’m here to keep you front the same fate. I’ve compiled a list of all the swimsuits I’ve found that fit my large bust in this blog post – including what size I wear for comparison.

Monday Swimwear
One of the best swimsuit brands for large busts that I’ve found is Monday Swimwear. Monday is a luxe brand that offers a variety of bikini styles in their signature sizes V (voluptuous), VV (very voluptuous), and even VVV for the largest busts. While the models tend to be thin women, I have had amazing luck buying size VV and VVV tops from Monday. Note prices are high, but the bikinis are high quality and have held up well over time. And if you like their aesthetic, you’f find plenty of glam cover ups and accessories at Monday as well.
Monday Clovelly Top
The Monday Clovelly Top is one of Monday’s more classic and popular swim tops. It’s an underwire suit with adjustable shoulders straps and a tie back. The underwire is comfortable and supportive, and I love the V-detail at the center of the top. I’ve purchased several Clovelly Tops over the years, and have been able to fit in both a size VV and my usual VVV – though I prefer the larger size. Now I did have a slight issue with one of the first Clovelly tops I bought, where the straps kept twisting up and slipping off my shoulders. I’m really not sure if it was the older design, the crinkle fabric, or because it was a size smaller. But I did not have this issue at all with subsequent Clovellys I bought. I really do love this gorgeous top!

Monday Tulum Top
The Monday Tulum Top is one of Monday Swimwear’s most popular bikini tops. It’s an adjustable large bust bikini that I consider to be a hybrid between a halter and a triangle top. The knots at the strap slide up or down to convert the cups from triangle to halter for more or less coverage. I really love that you can make two looks from the same top! Plus, if you get the matching bottoms, those have adjustable coverage as well. Overall this is a very comfortable suit in buttery soft materials that feels like a second skin.

Monday Maui Top
The Monday Maui Top is an underwire style that ties at the back with adjustable shoulder straps. I have mixed thoughts about this top because I actually had to cut out the underwire from the swimsuit. I found that the ends of the underwire rubbed my arms near the bicep area really badly. If you look closely at the photos on their website, you can see it sticking out on the larger-busted models while it lays flat on the smaller chested ones. Once I cut out that pesky underwire, however, I found the Maui Top to be comfortable – though you do definitely lose some support without the underwire.

Monday Portofino Top
The Monday Portofino Top gives the look of a halter top style but with the comfort and support of adjustable shoulder straps and a tie back. Dubbed a “tall triangle” by Monday, it’s underwire free and comfortable, and surprisingly supportive. I also love how the top has good coverage on the side for those with a wide-set chest. Unfortunately, the Portofino Top has been out of stock since June 2023. If it comes back in stock, jump on it! It’s one of my favorite tops, and I wish it was available again so I could get it in more colors.

Monday Morocco Top
If you’re looking for a triangle top string bikini style but want more than two wimpy strings holding up your bust, then check out the Monday Morocco Top. This top is basically like a hybrid between a halter and a traditional string triangle top, with a ring detail, adjustable pleated cups, and wide neck and back ties. I appreciate the generous amount of fabric used for the ties, instead of the traditional strings you find with a triangle top. Note that when I purchased this top, my usual VVV size was not available, so I did size down to a VV. That did make the top a bit more on the skimpy side, but it still fit.

Monday Sorrento Top
The Sorrento Top is Monday’s newest underwire bikini top. It features soft, darted cups with adjustable wide shoulder straps and a wide tie back. While I was skeptical that the demi style cups could acommodate my large bust, I was pleasantly surprised at the fit. While there is a bit of spillage over the cups, it was minimal and the top gave me excellent lift. And in terms of Monday’s underwire bikini top offerings, I do think this style is an improvement over some of their other underwire tops.

Monday Cala Roja
The Cala Roja Top by Monday Swim is an underwire bikini for large busts. It features adjustable shoulder straps, an adjustable tie back and a U-wire center detail. Both the shoulder straps as well as the back ties are wide, which make it very comfortable. I absolutely love this top. It’s comfortable, supportive, fit perfectly, and the U-wire is fun. I honestly can’t think of anything I don’t like about the Cala Roja top and I’ll probabyl buy it in even more colors!

Monday Aruba Top
Now this is a BEAUTIFUL top. It’s Monday’s signature top, and the cut is so unique. It’s giving Greek Goddess vibes. It’s the Monday Aruba Top. It’s an over the shoulder style with a plunge v-neck, pleated cups, wide tank-style straps. The top ties at the back and is adjustable. However, while Monday states this top is great for up to G cups, I’m not sure I agree. It just really didn’t fit me well. the shoulders weren’t long enough for me, and not adjustable – so the band rode up constantly. The cups were also bordering on too small. It kind of gave me boobs a squished appearance. It was just annoying to have to constantly adjust it. But if you are a D through DDD cup, you might have better luck with this top. I wish I did!

Monday Honolulu Top
The Monday Swimwear Hololulu Top. It is an underwire top with a halter style. The halter straps are thick, making it more comfortable for large chested women to tie the straps around the neck. It also has an adjustable tie back, also which is thick. It also has small o-ring details on the straps. Per their website, Monday states that this top sculpts, lifts, and supports. Honestly I have mixed feelings on this top. This should be an incredible top. I thought it was going to be my favorite – it really is comfortable, supportive, and lifting. But, on this top’s first wear, I had a wardrobe malfunction on the beach. The underwire had popped out! I had to have David do sneaky surgery on the top, and we ended up cutting the underwires out. And that definitely impacted the shape and supportiveness of the top. Could this have been a fluke? Definitely. It was just a bummer.

Monday Capri Top
The Capri Top is another underwire bikini top from Monday Swim for large busts. This top features thin over the shoulder straps, an underwire, and a thick back tie. It’s a pretty minimal, sleek looking top. Overall I felt the Capri Top fit quite well. The underwire was comfortable and I wasn’t spilling out much at all. However, the top is described as being lifted and supported – but I felt that other Monday tops lifted my large bust better than this one did. Just because this underwire didn’t lift and support as well as Monday’s other underwire tops, I did knock off a point.

Monday Palma Top
Did you ever think you could find a large bust triangle top bikini as a large busted woman? Well, you can with the Monday Palma Top! This is a true triangle string bikini top, made specifically to fit large busts. Palma features adjustable string neck and back ties and ample cups that provide plenty of coverage. I really like the Palma Top because it’s rare to find a large bust triangle string bikini for large busts. I couldn’t believe the cups actually fit me. The downsides of this top are not the fault of the top. It’s just that if you have massive boobs and want to wear a string bikini triangle top, you are going to have some neck pain from holding them up. Thicker straps would help with this, but then it wouldn’t really be a string bikini, would it?

Monday Malibu Top
Monday’s Malibu Top is a large bust underwire bikini top with a rouching detail on the cups. It’s a bit hard to see in my photo, but I really liked the ruching detail. It just made it look different from my other Monday tops. The top features thick and adjustable shoulder straps, a back tie closure, and shirred underwire cups. This underwire top fit me great, and was so comfortable. I found the cups to be very supportive with little to no spillage. I also appreciated the comfort of the thick straps. If you’re looking for a flattering and comfortable underwire top with a little extra fun detail like the shirring, this is the one. I have no complaints.

Monday Bordeaux Top
The Monday Bordeaux Top is actually a pretty unique large bust swim top. It features a cross over bust, adjustable straps, and an adjustable tie closure. The top has “power mesh” for support but I didn’t really find it that supportive personally. I also had a few issues with the design of this top. I felt like the crisscross design kept getting tangled and I wasn’t quite sure how to put it on properly. And while I ordered the VVV, I felt it was borderline too small. I went snorkeling in this top, and my nipples fell out constantly! It’s cute, but not the best fit for my large bust unfortunately. Perhaps it would fit better and make more since for a smaller larger bust.

Frankie’s Bikinis
If you love flirty and feminine bikini styles, then you will love Frankie’s Bikinis. While I initially was hesitant to order from this brand due to lack of bustier models on their website, I found that there are actually a number of bikinis that are sized for larger chests. The brand offers XL and XXL tops, many of which are cut pretty generously and fit my G cup. And when you find a style you like, they typically offer it in a number of different patterns and colors. There are tons of bottom options as well, so you can make a matching set.
Frankie’s Bikinis Cola Underwire
Underwire and a balconette swimsuit top for large busts? You’ll find it in the Frankie’s Bikinis Cola Underwire Bikini Top. I was a little hesitant to try this top, as the models on their website have smaller chests and I was concerned the non-bra cup sizing wouldn’t fit me. Boy, was I wrong. This is an incredible underwire bikini for large busts! The top features adjustable shoulder straps, a balconette cut, comfortable underwire, and an adjustable tie back. One of my favorite bikinis for sure.

Frankie’s Bikinis Tia Triangle
The Frankie’s Bikinis Tia Triangle is a traditional string bikini triangle top that ties at the neck and back. While this can be a notoriously difficult style for large busts, I was extremely surprised by this top. I originally purchased a size XXL since I try to size up as big as possible when the tops can tie at the back. And it was WAY too big and baggy in the cups! I couldn’t believe it. So, I ended up keeping that top anyways for times I wanted extra coverage. Then I purchased the XL in black, and that had significantly less coverage — but still fit my G cup. So if you are similarly sized to me, you have the opportunity to size up or down here depending on the look you’re after.

Did you know that the surfwear staple Body Glove has an entire line of D-F cup large bust bikini tops? These tops are comfortable, sporty, and come in a number of different colors. The best part is that the D-F tops even fit larger cup sizes like my G cup. Additionally, there is a plus size collection available if you have a larger band along with the large cup size. Whether you are an athletic woman or just looking for comfort and flexibility in a sportier style, Body Glove has some really great large bust swimwear options.
Body Glove Drew Top
The Drew D-F Cup Bikini Top is one of my top picks for large busted women, with a full-coverage, sporty style. The straps criss cross at the back and then tie, so you can size up as large as possible to increase room in the cups while still having a perfect band fit. This is my go to suit for not only when I am active but when I just want to be completely comfortable. I now have it in several colors and plan to keep buying more!

Body Glove Dita Top
While Body Glove’s Dita Top only comes in a D-cup, don’t be fooled. This classic triangle top string bikini is perfect for large busted women and even fits my G cup! The cups are fairly generous, even though it’s marketed towards a D cup. It is a true string bikini, so you will have adjustable classic thin strings tieing at the neck and back. Even though these thin strings were bearing the weight of my chest, it wasn’t uncomfortable. I also love that you can wear this style up-side down like many of our smaller-busted counterparts do with their string bikini tops.

Body Glove Solo Top
I recently tried The Body Glove Solo Top, which is Body Glove’s underwire large bust swimsuit option. And I was very pleasantly surprised! This underwire top features lightly molded cups, and fully adjustable string straps that cross in the back. I not only love the look of the cross-back straps but how it lets you completely customize the fit of the band. Again I purchased the F-cup size, and found the underwire to be very comfortable and still fit my G-cup well. It also has a distinctly sporty style even though it is a traditional underwire.

Body Glove Olivia Top
The Olivia Top is one of the only longline bikini top cuts designed specifically for D-F cups I have come across. This top is super comfortable and sporty, and also has a fun cut out and tie detail. The back is completely adjustable, so it’s great for larger cups and smaller band sizes. It’s even offered in a plus-size version for those with larger bands along with the large cups. I will note on me the bottom tended to roll/flip up a little bit, so I did have to adjust it down every once in a while. That’s why, I think, the top doesn’t look really longline in the photos.

Kitty & Vibe
Kitty & Vibe is a body positive and size inclusive swimwear brand whose that makes swimsuit bottoms based on your butt and hip size. And even if you’re packing more up top than down below, there tons of large bust swimsuit top options available for large chested women. Sizes range from XS to 4XL, with variations for smaller and larger butts, and recently they launched sizing specifically for smaller bands in E-G cups! The models that they use are very diverse in shape and size, and they do not do any photo retouching on their website. I also love that real customers can even apply to model for the brand.
Kitty & Vibe Ruched Tie Top
It’s rare that I find a large bust swimsuit top that has too much room in the chest. That’s the opposite of my usual fit problems. However, I found it in the Kitty & Vibe Ruched Tie Top. This top features a traditional claps back and adjustable over the shoulder straps, as well as an adjustable rouching in the front. And the cups are GENEROUS thanks to Kitty & Vibe’s new smaller band/larger bust sizing. There was TONS of extra room in the cup in terms of both fabric as well as thanks to the adjustable tie. Honestly, if I had untied the center, I probably could have fit two of my boobs in each! Since this top is so generous, you can probably size down, and it’s incredible to have such a generously sized option for larger busts.

Kitty & Vibe Ruffle String Top
The Ruffle String Top from Kitty and Vibe is cut generously in the cups and features thicker straps for a more comfortable fit. I was very pleasantly surprised to see how large the cups were when I got it. I will note that because it has straps over the shoulder instead of a neck tie, it was a little bit big around for me. When I pulled it tight and adjusted the shoulder straps, it ended up riding pretty high up my back. With that being said, because the cups were so generous, I am sure I could have sized down to improve that.

J.Crew
Did you know your favorite preppy workwear store J.Crew stocks bikinis that fit large busts during the summer season? While swimwear may not be available in stores year round, there are plenty of options for D+ cups at J.Crew come summer. There are several styles specifically sized for DD+ busts as well as a number of standard tops that go up from size XL – 3XL. Depending on your band size or the bikini’s ability to adjust the band, you can find some great options here. Plus, with J Crew’s swim collection focused on mixing and matching, it’s super easy to find the perfect pair.
J.Crew String Bikini Top
The J.Crew String Bikini Top is a traditional string bikini top for large busts, and features soft, slightly lined cups with adjustable strings that tie at the neck and back. This top goes all the way up to a size 3X, allowing you to size up as large as possible in the cups while still having the ability to tie the back and neck strings tight enough for your band. I found this triangle top to be very well-fitting and comfortable. Overall, this top is an excellent traditional string bikini top for large busts that comes in many mix and match colors.

J.Crew DD-Cup 1993 Underwire Bikini Top
The J.Crew DD-Cup 1993 Underwire Bikini Top is an underwire large bust bikini top with a 90s vibes and a size specifically for DD cups. It features a clasp back and adjustable shoulder straps. Now even though I am a G cup, I decided to give this top a try – and I was able to make it work. I ordered the size 40DD as an attempt to get the largest cup size possible. The cups fit great, though the band was on the loose side for me. I ended up tying it in the back instead of using the clasps and it worked. While not a perfect fit, it was still a great option – and probably perfect for women who have a larger band size.

Australian brand Kulani Kinis focuses on fun, bright prints and offers a number of bikini tops for large busts – and they ship worldwide. Due to the difference in Australian size charts, you’ll find tops for DD-G cups in their 2XL and 3XL section. And if you aren’t sure of which to pick, Kulani has one of the most amazing customer service teams I’ve come across. After placing a larger order with multiple size options, the customer service team proactively reached out to assist me with sizing and ensure I was ordering only items I would be able to fit into. With this brand, you don’t need to hesitate shooting an email over to customer service for assistance in selecting the best options and sizes.
Kulani Kinis Underwire Bralette Bikini Top
One of Kulani’s newest large bust bikini tops is the Underwire Bralette and I adore it. This top easily accommodated my 36G cup with no spillage or gaping, and the underwire was quite comfortable. The halter straps were thick and supportive, and the clasp back fit my band perfectly. This is a new underwire version of the classic Bralette Bikini Top, and I really think they hit the mark with this one.

Kulani Kinis Bralette Top
The Kulani Kinis customer service team actually recommended the Bralette Bikini Top as the best option for my large bust at the time of my first purchase. This bikini top is actually a string bikini style that features an adjustable tie back with fixed shoulder straps. Now of course it can be a challenge to find a string bikini top that fits a large bust. So when this one arrived, I did find it to be slightly too small in the cup as well as needing an adjustment to the shoulder straps. I ended up snipping the neck ties and then tied those around my neck halter style. This modification helped me feel more lifted and covered – though there was still some spillage.

Kulani Kinis Crop Tie Back Bikini
Kulani Kinis’ Crop Tie Back Bikini top is is the perfect sporty large bust bikini option. Similar to a sports bra style, this top is perfect whether you’re snorkeling and being active in the water or just enjoying the beach. It’s super comfortable and supportive, and features a lace-up tie back for a completely adjustable fit. And while Kulani Kinis’ bikini tops tend to run a bit small on me, I felt this one was cut pretty generous and worked well for my G-cup. Unfortunately, this top is now out of stock after my purchase in summer 2023, but keep an eye for it to come back!

While they only offer three basic swimsuit top styles, the tops come in a whopping 33 bra sizes as well as different colors and patterns. Sizes range from 30 D/E to 42 J/K and there is a 30 day fit guarantee. And to make matching easy, RAQ offers six different cuts of swim bottoms. Now colors can sell out quickly, so make sure you jump if you see something you like. And keep an eye on their social media accounts for restock announcements.
RAQ Multiway Top
RAQ’s classic large bust top is the Multiway Top, which features underwire cups, a clasp back, and double string tie neck. The multiway top offers full coverage cups in an insane number of band and cup size combos as well as the ability to tie the strings to create a number of unique looks. All you have to do is thread the neck ties through the loops on the inside of the band to create an over the shoulder, cross back, or around the neck look.

RAQ Balconette Top
I love balconette style bras, but never seem to come across many balconette style large bust bikini tops. That’s why I was so excited to try RAQ’s Balconette Top in this gorgeous shimmery pink color. This balconette cut top has a classic style, adjustable straps, and stretchy cups. This top was so incredibly comfortable and fit very well. It even held my bust in place while kayaking and adventuring in this top. Even if you’ve never tried a balconette cut before, I would highly recommend giving this top a try.

Aerie
Aerie, American Eagle’s loungewear and intimates brand, seasonally offers bikini collections with some options for larger busts. Aerie is easily accessible at most malls across the country, making it a great option for easy try ons and returns. While most large bust bikini tops at Aerie go up to a 34-36DD, you can find some tops in sizes XL and XXLs that work for larger busts. Aerie Cut Out Bikini Top
I wore the Aerie Cut Out Top for a snorkeling expedition and stayed securely in place the entire time. It is a comfortable sports bra style top, with cut-out details on the side. I was a little nervous to try it on because the band is not adjustable. However, it fit surprisingly great! Based on my fit, this top would probably work best for a 36 – 38 band. It may be a little too large around for smaller bands. Unfortunately, this top is now out of stock, but Aerie does release similar styles occasionally.

Aerie Plunge Bikini Top
I purchased the Aerie Plunge Bikini Top in the largest size possible and was pleasantly surprised by how much cup coverage the halter provided. I will say, however, that it was too big around the band for my size 34 band. I ended up typing it instead of using the clip closure. I cut those clips off and you couldn’t tell it wasn’t supposed to be tie back! With that in mind, the XXL would probably work better for a 38-40 band. And while this top is a couple of years old and no longer available, Aerie typically puts out a very similar style each year.

I think we might all have a love/hate relationship with Amazon. It can feel icky supporting fast fashion and daunting searching through the thousands of items available. Plus, if you haven’t noticed, sizing is all over the place! But did you know there are a couple really great bikini tops for large chests on Amazon? I’ve tried them, so no need to waste time sorting through the options and hoping they fit. Check out my Amazon picks for large bust bikini tops.
Amazon Taineh Top
The Amazon Taineh Top is a true string bikini that can accommodate up to a G cup. The suit comes in 34 colors, and so cheap you can afford multiple sets. It is available as a set or you can purchase the bikini top and the bottom separately. I tried both and found I truly needed different size tops and bottoms. Just keep in mind the sizing is really strange due to the bikinis coming from overseas. Also note the bottom is thong cut, so you may want to mix and match with other bottoms you own.

Amazon Relleciga Strappy Top
The Amazon Relleciga Strappy Bikini Top offers a bralettes style bikini top that actually fit my large bust. The top has thin, string shoulder straps that cross over in the back and then lace and tie. It also has a cute strappy detail at the front of the top. Because of the supportive tie back I was able to order the largest size available to accommodate my bust. I was kind of pushing the boundaries of fitting into this top, and had some spillage going on, but overall it’s a very cute and surprisingly comfortable top.

Amazon Relleciga Halter Top
If you’re looking for something unique, the Amazon Relleciga Halter Top offers a keyhole cut out halter style that I haven’t really seen elsewhere. The top features a string tie neck and a thicker strap back tie, so I was able to size up to the largest size possible to get the most coverage I could. It’s very adjustable and I love the look of the cut out at the chest. The only downside is that I did feel like my chest was a bit flattened out/squished, so don’t expect a perfect shape. Overall, this is a great option for an affordable and different option.

Good American
I’m not a fan of the Kardashians, but I am a fan of Khloe’s clothing company Good American. Known specifically for their jeans, Good American is a size inclusive and body positive brand that also features a swimwear collection. Sizes range from S – 5XL, making it an amazing option for larger band sizes and plus size women as well. Good American uses diverse models on their website, and you can even choose which size model is shown when you browse their products. Note that with Good American, the larger sizes do increase the band size, so I recommend looking for tie-back bikini options if you are not a larger band size.
Good American Bali Top
The Good American Bali Top is a super unique, asymmetrical top that I ordered as a gamble. I ended up ordering it in the largest size possible, and it did cover my G-cup fully. Even with the one shoulder style, I didn’t feel like I was sagging or would slip out at all. I will note that since I sized up all the way, the band around was way too big. I ended up tying it in a knot instead of using the clasp. With that being said, I’m thinking this band would probably better fit a 38-40 band. Note, as of 2025, this top is not sold.

Good American Hi-Hi Tanga Top
When I ordered the Good American Hi-Hi Tanga Top, I ordered the largest size possible hoping for enough cup coverage. When I received it, I was shocked to find it was actually way too big in the cups! I returned it and size down, and the top still had ample coverage. It was such a nice feeling being able to size down for once! With its extended sizing and generous cut, this top is perfect for both small bands with larger busts as well as large busted plus size women. Unfortunately, as of 2025 it is also out of stock, but keep an eye open as Good American rotates styles often.

If you love to mix and match, Left on Friday is the busty bikini brand for you! Left on Friday specifically offers a “Big Boob Top” collection that is specifically sized for D+ cups. There are currently five different styles available, but dozens of mix and match colors to choose from. Left on Friday also offers detailed fit guides as well as a handy mix and match guide that show color combinations real customers have used. Left on Friday tops are full coverage and sporty in style, and you don’t need to size up when shopping their large bust collection.
Left on Friday Top Shelf Top
My first purchase from this brand is the Left on Friday Top Shelf Top, which is specifically cut for big boobs and accommodates a D-G cup. This sporty medium coverage top cut similarly to a sports bra, with a square neck and fixed shoulder straps. I love the stretchy fabric – it’s incredibly comfortable, and was perfect for snorkeling and being active in the water. While I was initially nervous because the top didn’t have an adjustable back or shoulder straps, the fit was incredible. I could definitely tell it was designed specifically for a D – G cup big busted woman.

CUUP
While CUUP is primarily a bra company, they do produce a small line of swimwear with a wide range of bra sizing options, including large bust sizes. Their bikini tops are available in band sizes 30-44 as well as A-H cups. Overall, their styles are supportive, have underwire, and fit like a very comfortable bra. Plus, the brand errs on the side of fuller coverage for a more modest look. Note, in the past couple of years, CUUP has downsized their swimwear collection, and most pieces are now at extremely affordable clearance rates.
CUUP Scoop Swim Top
I tried all three large bust CUUP swimsuit top styles, and found that the CUUP Scoop Top fit my bust the best. I found it to run true to size, and was probably the most comfortable and well fitting underwire bikini top I have ever put on. The material is stretchy, comfortable, and similar to a bra – but didn’t feel like a bra at all. The top also features thick adjustable shoulder straps as well as a fully adjustable clasp back. Note the bottom options, even when labeled cheeky, are going to be much more full-coverage than the average swimwear brand.

Beach Bunny
Beach Bunny is the ultimate swimwear company if you are looking for a glamorous statement bikini. Generally designed for smaller bodies, you’ll find sizing here for D and DD cups. However, there are some DDD cups available that even fit my G!
While expensive, Beach Bunny is perfect if you need a glamorous swimsuit (think Vegas). However, it is important to note that these bikinis were more-so designed to be seen and less for swimming. Pay close attention to the care labels, as many of the bikinis aren’t designed for the water.
Beach Bunny Lexi Bralette
After seeing a large busted Instagram influencer wearing a Beach Bunny bikini, I ordered two options to try out myself. While both fit well, I ended up deciding to keep the Beach Bunny Lexi Bralette due to the high cost of these swimsuits. This glamorous bralette style top features lace and metal hardware details, a bralette cut, adjustable thin shoulder straps, and a back tie. The top fit but I did feel like I was pushing it with my G-cup though and that it would have fit a cup size or two down perfectly. Also, I will note that I only wore this bikini for photoshoot purposes. The care label advised against wearing the suit in a pool or ocean so I did not go in the pool wearing it.

DOLL Swimwear
DOLL Swimwear is an online swim retailer that offers thousands of low cost bikini options. While the models pictured are typically thin and smaller-chested, a number of DOLL tops work well for large busts. Here you can find inexpensive yet glamorous bikini options (think Beach Bunny, but on a budget) and so many mix and match options, it’s almost overwhelming. You’ll definitely need to have some time available to sort through all the mix and match options available to you, but the pay off is a great deal.
DOLL Swimwear Ribbed Knot Top
While most of DOLL Swimwear’s bikinis lean more glamorous, I decided to go for a more sporty option in a unique style I normally don’t see available for large busts. The DOLL Ribbed Knit Top is a tank style top with adjustable straps, a tie-knot detail, and ribbed fabric. Although the band is not adjustable, I was shocked at just how perfect this top fit my large bust and how comfortable and supportive it was. I was thrilled to find a unique tank style bikini top that actually fit my large bust.

Abercrombie & Fitch
Hear me out on this one – Abercrombie & Fitch sells a line of bikinis for large busts. You heard that right, gone are the days of the early 2000s where a large fit a size zero. A&F is back with size inclusivity, including when it comes to swimwear. Abercrombie’s “Curve Love” line is designed for D-F cups and features several large bust swimsuit styles, primarily with underwire support. Their swimwear tends to be offered seasonally, so stock up when it is in stores.
A&F Curve Love Wide Strap Underwire Top
Abercrombie & Fitch’s Curve Love Wide Strap Underwire Top is considered their classic underwire bikini top for large busts. The top has comfortable and adjustable wide straps and and underwire with a classic shape. Note that when I purchased the top a few years ago, the top featured a tie back. The style has since been updated to now feature a hook closure. I felt that the underwire cups definitely lifted me up, and was a general overall good fit. Plus, my mind was blown that my 36G large bust actually fit into a swimsuit top offered by Abercrombie.

Skatie
Skatie is a fun and flirty swimwear brand that offer some styles for straight sized women with smaller bands and larger busts. They offer a detailed sizing and fit guide that covers each of their tops, which is extremely helpful for selecting the right top. Plus, Skatie offers a large variety of different top and bottom styles in a plethora of colors, so you never run out of options when you find a style that works for you.
Skatie Betsy Top
I tried a few Skatie tops, and found that the Skatie Betsy Top fit me best. The top features a sporty bralette-style cut with adjustable straps and a string tie back. Overall, I feel like Skatie bikini tops are a better fit for overall smaller women with smaller band sizes. While the top offers medium support and coverage and is completely adjustable, I felt the top was designed more so for a maximum size 8-10. I was really pushing being able to fit in this top, and the other Skatie tops I tried, did not fit me at all. Overall I think this brand would be perfect for you if you are just a bit smaller than me.

OneOne Swimwear
OneOne Swimwear features bright and colorful bikinis in sporty styles. The brand typically appeals to smaller, straight-sized women with small busts, however, on occasion they offer a size XXL. Those XXLs can be a great option for large busted women with a larger band size. This is a swimwear brand to keep an eye on for when a large bust top pops up here and there.
OneOne Mayte Top
Although size XXL bikini tops aren’t the norm with OneOne, I was able to get my hands on the OneOne Swimwear Mayte Top in this size. Now this athletic style tie-back top wasn’t a perfect fit. While it had adjustable back ties, I could tell it really would have worked better for a larger band than a 36. This is due to the vertical wires for support on the sides of the top in the rib area. It was overall too big and I ended up cutting those out. It fit better after, but overall I think this top would have better suited a 38-40 band. Unfortunately, this top is currently out of stock, but keep an eye out for more adjustable-back XXLs to drop.

Freya is a well-known lingerie and bra brand that also makes swimwear. Their swimwear is known for supportive styles, bra like fits, and an extensive range of bra sizes for large busts. Both US and UK sizes are available, and you’ll find swimwear ranging from band sizes 28 – 42 and cups C through M. If you’re looking for high quality bra-like swimsuit styles or have a hard-to-find size, Freya is a great choice.
Freya Plunga Bikini Top
If you’re looking for the perfect underwire bikini top with a bra-like fit, the Freya Plunge Bikini Top is it. The swimsuit really felt like a bra, but in a cute tropical pattern. It features underwire cups, a plunge cut, adjustable straps, and a hook closure. And the best part is, you can purchase this top in your exact bra size. So it had a perfect fit for me! Just note that while this cut was described as a plunge top, it felt more like a full-coverage bra fit to me.
